Day 1: Haridwar to Barkot (190 km | 6-7 hours)
Your spiritual journey begins as you meet our representative in Haridwar. Start your scenic drive towards Barkot, the gateway to Yamunotri. En route, seek blessings at Satya Narayan Temple in Raiwala, visit Prakasheswar Temple in Dehradun, and enjoy the mesmerizing Kempty Falls in Mussoorie. Arrive in Barkot by evening, check in at the hotel, and relax. Overnight stay and dinner at Barkot.
Day 2: Barkot – Janki Chatti – Yamunotri – Barkot (50 km drive & 10 km trek)
Post breakfast, drive to Janki Chatti, the base for the Yamunotri trek. Begin your uphill journey (by foot, pony, or palanquin) covering 6 km to the sacred Yamunotri Temple. Offer prayers, take a holy dip in the warm water springs, and trek back to Janki Chatti. Return to Barkot for an overnight stay with dinner.
Day 3: Barkot to Uttarkashi (85 km | 3-4 hours)
After breakfast, depart for Uttarkashi, a town revered for its temples and natural beauty. Visit the renowned Kashi Vishwanath Temple and explore the local market. Enjoy the serene atmosphere and prepare for the next day’s journey. Overnight stay and dinner at Uttarkashi.
Day 4: Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi (200 km | 7-8 hours)
After an early breakfast, embark on a picturesque drive to Gangotri, one of the Char Dhams. En route, stop at the hot water springs of Tapt Kund. On arrival at Gangotri, take a holy dip in the sacred Bhagirathi River and seek blessings at Gangotri Temple. Later, drive back to Uttarkashi for an overnight stay and dinner.
Day 5: Uttarkashi to Sonprayag (227 km | 8 hours)
Post breakfast, drive towards Sonprayag, a crucial stop before Kedarnath. On the way, witness the divine confluence of the Alaknanda and Mandakini rivers. Reach Rampur or nearby areas for an overnight stay. Enjoy a delicious dinner before resting for the night.
Day 6: Sonprayag – Kedarnath (7 km drive & 16 km trek)
Early morning, drive to Gaurikund, the base camp for Kedarnath. Begin the trek to the Kedarnath Temple (16 km), which can be covered by foot, horse, or palanquin. Helicopter services are also available. Reach Kedarnath and seek the blessings of Lord Shiva at one of the twelve Jyotirlingas. Stay overnight in GMVN tents/dormitories with breakfast provided.
Day 7: Kedarnath – Sonprayag – Joshimath/Badrinath (324 km | 10 hours)
Wake up to the divine aura of Kedarnath, have breakfast, and trek back to Gaurikund. From there, drive towards Joshimath with stops at Guptkashi and Rudraprayag. If time permits, visit Auli Ropeway or Shankaracharya Math in Joshimath before checking in at the hotel. Overnight stay and dinner at Joshimath/Badrinath.
Day 8: Badrinath Darshan – Rudraprayag (165 km | 6-7 hours)
Early morning, proceed to Badrinath Temple for darshan. After paying homage, explore nearby attractions like Mana Village, Vyas Gufa, Ganesh Gufa, and Mata Murti Temple. Post sightseeing, drive towards Rudraprayag, a town nestled at the confluence of the Alaknanda and Mandakini rivers. Check in at the hotel for an overnight stay with dinner.
Day 9: Rudraprayag – Rishikesh – Haridwar (160 km | 5-6 hours)
After breakfast, drive to Rishikesh, known as the Yoga Capital of the World. Visit iconic landmarks such as Ram Jhula and Laxman Jhula while soaking in the spiritual ambiance. In the evening, proceed towards Haridwar and drop-off at Haridwar Railway Station, marking the end of a soul-enriching journey.
