Wonder World Travels Refund Policy
At Wonder World Travels, we strive to provide flexible and transparent refund options while maintaining high service standards. Our policy is designed to balance customer satisfaction with operational feasibility.
General Payment Policy
Payment Terms:
- A deposit of 25% of the total package cost is required to confirm your booking.
- 50% deposit of the total package cost after delivering Vouchers and before 30 Days.
- Balance 25% of the total package cost before 15 Days before the travel Date.
- For last-minute bookings 100% payment is required at the time of booking.
- 100% Deposit required in case of Flight/Train/Helicopter etc Booking.
Amendments and Additional Costs
- Changes to bookings may incur amendment fees. Additional costs may apply for upgrades, extensions, or modifications to the travel itinerary. It will be informed on case-to-case basis.
- Flight amendments would be as per airline Policy + Agency Service Fee.
General Refund Policy
Full Refund:
- Cancellations made within 24 hours (Look in Period) of booking are eligible for a full refund, provided the travel date is at least 30 days away. Except Non-Refundable services.
- Flight Cancellations as per Airlines + Agency Service Fee
Partial Refund:
- Up to 75% refund for cancellations made 30 days or more before the travel date.
- Up to 50% refund for cancellations made 15-29 days before the travel date.
- Up to 25% refund for cancellations made 11-14 days before the travel date.
- Flight Cancellations as per Airlines + Agency Service Fee
No Refund:
- Booking Fee advise at the time of Booking will be Non-Refundable after 24Hrs.
- Cancellations made within 10 Days of travel are non-refundable.
- Non-Refundable Hotels if advise at the time of Booking.
